FAQ
Good to know
Still unsure? Ask us on WhatsApp. An engineer replies, not a bot.
Which areas do you cover for printer service?
Our engineers are based in Arakkonam and travel for installations, AMC visits and major repairs. Tell us your location when you book. For outstation breakdowns we often diagnose on a video call first, so the engineer arrives with the right parts.
Do you ship spares outside the city?
Yes, we courier spares across India. In-stock items usually dispatch the same or next working day. Printheads ship sealed and insured.
