Who we are

What we collect
- Enquiry and service forms: your name, phone number, and optionally email, city, printer model, issue description and message.
- WhatsApp, phone and email: whatever you choose to share with us when you contact us through these channels.
- Technical data: standard server logs kept by our hosting provider (such as IP address, browser and pages requested) for security and reliability.
This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for consent.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, send quotations and arrange service visits or deliveries.
- To keep service records for your machine, such as AMC visits and parts fitted.
- To meet legal obligations such as GST invoicing.
We process this data with your consent, which you give by submitting a form or contacting us, and to perform the service you requested. We never sell your data.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run the business: our form-processing provider (which forwards form submissions to our email), our hosting provider, WhatsApp or Meta when you message us on WhatsApp, and couriers when we ship to you. If you open the map on our contact page, Google receives data under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to business are deleted within 24 months. Customer and service records are kept for as long as you are a customer, and invoices for the period required by tax law.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Contact us using the details above and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry emails and customer records is limited to our staff who need it.
