Do you service printers you did not sell?
Yes. We service most Chinese and Indian-assembled eco solvent, solvent, UV and sublimation printers built on Konica Minolta, Epson, Ricoh and Kyocera heads with Hosonsoft, BYHX, Senyang and similar boards. Tell us your model and head type when you book.
Are your printheads genuine?
We supply original, sealed printheads (for example Konica Minolta KM512i and Epson i3200) and tell you clearly when a part is a compatible alternative, such as dampers, capping stations or cables. Every head is tested on a machine before handover when you buy it with installation.
What does a printhead replacement cost?
It depends on the head model and current import prices, which change with the exchange rate. Message us the head model, or a photo of the label, and we will send today's price for the head plus installation and alignment.
Do you ship spares outside the city?
Yes, we courier spares across India. In-stock items usually dispatch the same or next working day. Printheads ship sealed and insured.
